I'm . So I'm really focusing on changing my diet for the time being.Please Comment?

Umm...In order to loose the weight I have been not eating out as much and just eating healthier foods in general. My goal weight right now is 170lbs.

soo...I have been doing that for about 3 months now and have succeeded in gain LOTS of muscle. Unfortunately I did not lose any fat in the process. Sometime in the near future I hope to begin exercising more....in the meantime I am working doing cleaning for 3 hours in the morning 7 days a week. I currently weigh 200lbs which is just about the heaviest I have ever been except for last week when I weighed 206. lose belly fat BMI Calculator
