soo...I have been doing that for about 3 months now and have succeeded in gain LOTS of muscle. Unfortunately I did not lose any fat in the process. Sometime in the near future I hope to begin exercising more....in the meantime I am working doing cleaning for 3 hours in the morning 7 days a week.
